The Century BOB (Boby Opponent Bag) is a lifelike, full size mannequin. Ideal for boxing exerces, kickboxing exercises and martial art workouts. A sparring partner that doesn;t hit back. Perfect for target training and punch accuracy. When filled the BOB is 270 lbs and is made from high strength plastisol with an inner cavity fiilled with urethane foam.
The Century BOB has six height adjustments ranging from 60" to 78" tall and comes complete with a FREE set of Ringside boxing gloves.
